All
the convex surfaces of LM V-Pack,and the groove,should
be lubricated with a water soluble gel to allow easy
positioning within and the removal from the throat following
the directions for use.
The MARK 2 V-pack incorporates TWO radio-opaque tapes so doubling TAPE to
FOAM linkage. This allows the use of softer more flexible urethane foam to create even greater adaptability to changing shapes yet still stabilising the the Laryngeal Mask within the Oro and Laryngo-pharynx.
With continuous flexibility an effective barrier is maintained
whilst directing the Laryngeal Mask tube away from the
operative area in order to improve surgical access.
